Join Up abandons its tourists

Two weeks ago, my wife and I went to Turkey. We were warmly greeted at the airport by our girls from Joint Up and took us to Alanya to the Drita hotel. The vacation would have been wonderful if not for the Turkish guide Aslan from Join Up. In the morning, he gathered all his new tourists at the hotel and jokingly said that he would now begin to process those who were in Turkey for the first time for money. Then it turned out that it was not a joke. The excursions that he promised to do with if you buy them already turned out to be 100% cheated compared to the excursions of local residents who have their own offices with excursions near hotels.

I had to withdraw money from an ATM. He called back, and after 15 minutes they found me at the hotel, brought me to an ATM and took me back.

And now the fun part!!! WE CAME ON THE DAY OF CHECK-OUT with luggage at the reception desk 4.5 hours before departure (AS WE WERE TOLD), and THEY TOLD US: THE GUIDES WAITED FOR YOU 15 MINUTES AN HOUR BACK, YOU DID NOT COME AND THEY LEFT.

We call our guide, where Aslan and Islam are partners. And he says that you were late and now get to Antalya to the airport yourself (((

It's good that they knew a little English, and with the help of local residents and tourists, 10 minutes before departure, they ran into the plane.

Conclusion: with the tour operator Joyne Up, especially with the guides Aslan and Islam, you need to rely only on yourself, because they only need your money from you (((

In general, Turkey is very good, a vacation can be wonderful, if not for the nuances.
