I have only positive impressions about the agency, I have been working with them for 10 years already. If I didn’t like something, I would have changed the operator and agency long ago, but otherwise, I’m happy with everything. They will call and ask how you had a rest, and they warn you about the transfer of the flight, and accompany you until the end of the holiday. →

It was a very sad disappointment that they chose one date, but in the end we were sent tickets a day later. It turns out that we lost a day, which we paid for. We paid for 5 days and only used 4 days. It was the New Year holidays, and it was hard to get or change tickets from Lviv. One day was lost due to the carelessness of the operator. And when we were driving home, we ordered a transfer directly from there and we were not given a bus to the designated place. →

The staff are wonderful. There are no complaints about them at all. Why 50/50? Because of the airline with which the travel agency works. We changed time a bunch of times. It's horrible. Because we flew from Kyiv, ourselves from the Dnieper. All leisure time is tied to work. Due to the change of time, I lost working days, which did not please my superiors very much. →

Terrible!!!!! Do not contact this tour operator. It is better to overpay 50S, but take a ticket not from them. They took me to the wrong hotel. We bought a ticket to Kemer, they brought us to Goynuk. The hotel is terrible, they position it as four stars. This is not true. Dirt, disgusting food, no alcohol. There is no beach. And to the question of where we should go, the answer simply blew me away, go to other people's beaches, and if they ask why without a bracelet, say that you lost it. →
