The girl from this agency helped us a lot, She solved the issue for us in the last day. We just spontaneously decided to go. They almost wanted to fly away "today", but flew away "tomorrow". When they wanted to fly away, it was Sunday and no one really worked. And this girl responded and helped us all.
We did not have any delays or transfers of flights. We calmly flew away from the Dnieper and returned there, which was pleasantly surprised.
The representative of the company in Turkey offered us excursions, but we took and organized trips ourselves.
