We were met, settled, even a guide appeared at the hotel. When they left, the flight was delayed for 6 hours, because. the plane was late from a previous flight. But Join Up warned us about this the night before (they called the number) and thanks to this delay, we still spent the whole day on the beach. →

During the purchase of a tour to Bulgaria, the Interhotel Pomorie hotel was agreed on a new building with air conditioning. As a result, we got a room in the old building with a fan. At a temperature of 35 degrees in the room, it was not possible to sleep. We contacted the tour operator, they promised to relocate us for two days ... the result is zero. →
