When I found out that the tour operator on our vacation would be Join Up, I started to worry. After reading the reviews on the Internet, I generally fell into a panic. And yet I decided to go and I do not almost regret it. The operator is amazing. Everything I've read is complete nonsense. We were excellently greeted (almost every meter there was a man with a Join up sign and told where to go). Quickly delivered to the hotel (not taken to another as many wrote). And throughout the rest, the guide of this company called the room and asked if everything was fine and if we had any complaints. Return was also delivered with comfort. So next time I will go with them without hesitation. Thanks to the company for a great vacation!
