I liked everything in the agency, I selected the tour myself, I just ordered from them. Everything was fine with the transfer, the flight was postponed for an hour, it's not important. →

For the second year in a row we use the services of the Lutsk travel agency Join Up. And in the past 2014 and in November 2015 a group of 6 people. went to Egypt. We were all satisfied with the rest - and the price and hotel and food ... And we especially want to thank you for the free transfer from Lutsk to Lviv airport and back. We are retirees and this is very important for us. →

chose this company because it was in the neighborhood and for a long time in our city successfully picked up a tour, although initially collecting in Tunisia, I think that it would be even worse there !!!! We returned from a tour in the UAE a few days ago and decided to write a review. Many thanks for the wonderful time to the travel agency Join up Lutsk (49 Volya Ave.)! There were no overlays on any of the stages of the path. Everything is on time, all the documents are on hand, everything is organized at a decent level. The host was excellent. To everyone, and first of all to the manager of the agency Anna, a huge human thank you. →

This is not my first vacation with the Join ap Lutsk agency (49 Volia Ave.). My acquaintances advised me to come here. I turned and did not regret it. The managers of the agency are friendly and professional. It seems that people do not care how you rest and what impressions you will be left with. And most importantly, a happy wife, and rest, and the country itself, and a good tan !!!. →

Tour operator JOINUP (Lutsk) is a real "professional". We chose a hotel, paid on 14.06. Imagine our condition after 27 hours on the bus with 2 children, we arrive at the hotel, but we are not on the list of arrivals. The reason is the cancellation of the reservation on the day of arrival (26.06). Absurdity! Expensive calls to Ukraine begin, the hotel contacts the Bulgarian tour operator, the Ukrainians "blame" on the Bulgarians, those on the Ukrainians. →
