We arrived in Egypt at 9 am, settled us at 18.00. Yes, check-in from 14.00, but when I asked how and where FOR MONEY to feed a child, they shrugged my shoulders at the reception, saying that you knew that it would be so, wait for dinner. then there was no confirmation from the Kiev company about paying money to the hotel or they had their own games, I don’t know, but 8 people suffered until the evening in the hall, because they couldn’t even swim, there were no towels and they weren’t sold. then, in a 5 star hotelchege, instead of 2 rooms of 35 square meters, we were given one smoky 35 square meters, and the second, somewhere around 18 square meters, with dirty floors, gray bedding, towels. holiday started with cleaning. Yes, the claim is not against the travel agency, but against the hotel, but problems with check-in and their representatives, who simply did not answer calls, and the day before departure did not even warn that a bus was waiting for us at 6 in the morning - I think these are good reasons. In total, 2 out of 7 days flew into the pipe, the first day of arrival, and the last, since the departure was moved from 18.30 pm to the morning. Accordingly, our cooperation is over. I don’t want to figure out who is to blame and what to do, we treat an intestinal infection upon arrival. I liked the Egyptian climate and the sea very much, but their 5 stars is only a good territory, a buffet littered with food, even though a cockroach ran past, disgusting animation (and God bless them), dirt in the rooms (Grand Plaza, Sharm el-Sheikh) . good luck to everyone1
