Two months ago, I booked a tour with them, which, according to them, will take place 100%. As a result, 3 days before departure, the refusal.
A month ago I attended their seminar, they apologized for a long time and assured that there was a force majeure, they refused to go half the bus at once and for this reason the tour was canceled. They assured that if they say that the tour will take place, then it will 100% be so.
Then I booked a tour to the carnival in Venice with them, for my regular tourists. They said that the tour will definitely not be canceled. As a result, a week before the tour, a letter arrives:
