Traveled to Greece through this company!! Worst service I have ever seen!!

As it turned out, upon arrival in Greece, for our group, not a single hotel room (our group was divided into three different hotels) was booked and no one actually waited for us there .... The same story was with the previous group. After 34 hours on the road, it somehow turned out to be sad. By the way, initially three hotels were announced on the site ... but, as it turned out, one of the hotels (Naples) is still under construction)) Further - more fun ... they were not going to accommodate us, although the Ukrainian side claimed that everything was paid for .. and here he is - Peter the Almighty, who "just helps you." Here he is, as a representative of the Greek side, and had to solve the problems with the settlement. Of course, he did not offer to settle in a hotel. Instead, he has "beautiful" rooms for us!!! How unexpected))) prepared))) We, of course, went into denial ..

As a result, after three hours of negotiations, spent nerves and time, my girlfriend and I were given a hotel room!!!

Oh, hooray .. vacation has begun))

Until we crossed paths with Imitur, everything was fine.

And then came the day of departure. We were informed in advance that we would be picked up from the hotel at 21.00. We have already made plans for the day so that we can swim and sunbathe before the evening ... but it didn’t happen ... it’s an imitation .. At 14.30 we receive messages that plans have changed and we will be picked up from the hotel at 15.30 . Clumsy, somehow after the beach, we all quickly packed up and waited for our group leader. Of course, no one showed up on time. After 2 hours, two incomprehensible guys appeared and said that they would take us to our escort, who, as it turned out, sunbathed and swam on the other coast))) Well done!!!!

By the way, the program says that you will return to Ukraine after 00.00...nothing like that...we returned to Lviv at 7 am. And a lot of people missed their trains. How can you not calculate the delay by 7 hours??? And it wasn't about customs. We just flew through them very quickly.

The so-called "leaders" of the group deserve special attention. Apparently, they have a special interview for this position there: people generally have no idea what their duties are. The whole trip was not properly organized, stops were made every 4-5 hours and then at the request of tourists. I generally keep quiet about their incompetence and unprofessionalism !! To any of our questions, Sofia, our escort, simply smiled and advised us to address all claims to our tour operator))) But I wanted to prepare with an answer in advance)))

And by the way, from the declared 6 days at sea, you will get only 4.

In general, the organization of "holidays at sea" is not their forte - crap the whole vacation
