Travel agency Golden Travel is an agency that I will never contact a second time. Not only are the employees trying to sell just that, absolutely not taking into account the wishes of customers, they also brought us to the wrong hotel. After a long flight, instead of resting, we were solving the problem with the hotel. I had to write a complaint, only after that we were settled in the right hotel, and it was, for a second, the very next day. In addition, the return flight was delayed and we were informed about it at the last moment, so the situation is also not pleasant.
