I ordered a room in Skalny in Artek through this so-called company. The room was never booked, but the money was paid, 6500 rubles. The so-called Svetlana, and then Ekaterina, sent me a pseudo-voucher for a settlement, but when I called Skalny, they had never heard of us, let alone such a company. Don't trust these people, don't give them your money. It is better to call the hotels directly, many people book without prepayment, especially in the Crimea.
