Beware of scammers!
“PEOPLE, BYPASS THE SITE EASTBOOKING (EASTBOOKING.UA), DO NOT BUY FOR A BEAUTIFUL WRAP, THE INNER ESSENCE OF WHICH IS A SCANNING DECEPTION OF PEOPLE AND CRIMINAL EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN FUNDS WHICH PEOPLE SAVE FOR RECREATION AND RECOVERY.”
We booked a room in one of the hotels in Gurzuf in the summer through the website eastbooking.ua. From the very beginning, suspicions crept in: something is wrong here, there is no transparency, clarity and order in work, although the site is very visually convenient and easy to navigate with a good description of hotels and boarding houses, thanks to which we bought and decided not to pay attention to various trifles and there were quite a few of them.
But, in order. After I sent the application, after a while an employee of this service called me, introducing herself as Anastasia Lieberman. An important point: she called, as she said from Yalta, and the number was displayed in Moscow (number change service). She said that there were no places in the large boarding house that we booked and suggested several other small hotels to choose from. We chose one of them, after which, a few days later, she sent us an invoice for prepayment, which incorrectly (as I think intentionally) indicated the booking period, the amount of the prepayment (they counted more than agreed), and the full name of the hotel (as we found out later) sounded a little different. I pointed out these comments to her in correspondence and asked her to correct the account. She apologized and quickly sent a bill with the already correct details. On the account in both cases were the details of the recipient: individual entrepreneur Koade Iona Ivanovna, as well as a scanned or, in any case, “not alive” stamp (seal) with the signature of this entrepreneur, which, apparently, has already been prepared and is easily transferred from the carrier to any sheet of paper.
Since the cost of the prepayment was 30%, which was equal to a small amount of three thousand rubles, I, despite internal embarrassment, paid this bill, which I immediately informed Anastasia by sending her a scan of this account with a bank mark. I waited a whole week for confirmation of my payment from this service, periodically reminding Anastasia of myself. She said that they had not yet seen the money on the account, but she reassured me that everything would come and she would send a voucher for accommodation at the hotel. A week later, my patience ran out and I wrote an angry letter to Anastasia stating that this expectation had already crossed all boundaries, that nothing had been reported to me and they had not called me. After that, she immediately sent a voucher for the settlement, which had no validity (no stamp, no signature, the information could be edited by yourself), wished to come to Crimea with a good mood and suitcases. Well, okay, at least one, rather than none.
A few days before the trip, when my wife and I were already packing our bags, the owner of our hotel unexpectedly called me. He clarified whether we would come and said that he had not yet received an advance payment for the room from this service, although they contacted him, booked a room for us and left our coordinates for communication (an interesting point: they introduced themselves to him not as “ Eastbooking, but by a travel agency with a different name). We must pay tribute to the owner, he still accepted us and waited for the resolution of this situation while we were resting at his hotel.
Here's how the clarification went. Some of the telephones of this service, including those on which they communicated with them before the trip, were already switched off or, in any case, unavailable. We found a new one on their website, as we found out the Yalta mobile number. This number worked with varying degrees of success: it was switched off, then it suddenly became available, and at the other end they even picked up the phone. Although if they took it (by voice it was the same employee, in my opinion Svetlana), then they said that our manager Anastasia was either not there, or she was having lunch, or call back tomorrow after 12 o'clock. When I decided not to wait for the appearance of “my own” Anastasia, then I asked the employee who picked up the phone to sort out our situation. She listened to everything, said that she would figure it out and call back in half an hour. Of course, no one called back. This went on for several days. In our last conversation, she said that the prepayment was transferred to our host, and she would definitely (again in half an hour) send me a scan of the payment and be sure to contact the host of our hotel. Once again, all these words turned out to be a blatant lie, and in the future, when I called again, if I managed to get through, the people on the other end of the line, barely hearing my voice, simply hung up. In addition, I wrote a letter to Anastasia by e-mail with a request to sort it out and fulfill my obligations ... silence in response! By the way, the address of their location, which can be found on the Internet (I did not find it on the site itself) as: Yalta, Kievskaya st., 60 - according to information from various sources, it is only a cover and does not correspond to reality.
Having finally realized that we were deceived, and there is no hope of getting at least some truth from this fraudulent office, and simply not wanting to waste the time of our already short vacation in the Crimea, we were forced to pay this advance payment again, but to our owner. We were very upset and at first it even greatly overshadowed our vacation, but we reassured ourselves that our situation was not yet the most difficult and not even critical, remembering the daily bankruptcies of tour operators this summer and numerous people trying to return their money many times more than ours .
And now, upon returning, having read the reviews about this criminal bunch eastbooking.ua., We realized that many people suffered from them disproportionately more than ours, having transferred them 100% prepayment (many tens of thousands of rubles) and found themselves without money and a longed-for vacation at sea . And what a pity that we learned all this negative information in the reviews of other people only now, after the holidays and on our own bitter experience.
Now the emotions have passed and we have calmed down, but we consider it our civic duty to warn other people about these scammers:

And most importantly, this bunch of scammers, apparently continuing their criminal activities and throwing people for money for more than a year, do not understand the most important thing - because they do evil and bring pain to people, which means that such profit will not be useful and answer, sooner or it’s too late, you still have to, because “no matter how much the rope winds, the end will still be.”
