I share absolutely negative impressions of the work of this useless site.
In April 2013, at the end of June 2013, a room in Novy Svet was booked through the eastbooking system and an advance payment of 912 hryvnia was made.
Since when booking on this site there was no information about the consequences of canceling a reservation, as for example on booking.com, I asked the corresponding question by e-mail to an employee of eastbookinga. Again, I received an answer by e-mail that in case of cancellation of the reservation up to 14 days, the prepayment will be returned in the amount of 100%.
Due to not very good life circumstances, the booking had to be cancelled.
The cancellation process looked like this: By e-mail, I wrote to eastbooking (they simply do not have a cancel button) a letter and asked to return 912 hryvnias to my card account. I received a letter that the prepayment will not be returned, because. ATTENTION - if the cancellation occurs within 30 days, then there is no refund.
An attempt to resolve the issue by e-mail or call the numbers listed on the site was unsuccessful. I especially liked the reaction of the person on the number in Moscow - +7 (901) 9034584 - he could not understand what had to do with some kind of booking, because. they have a completely different business.
Since the amount of the refund was not catastrophic, I decided not to waste time on lawsuits, and wrote to the Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, because. I believe that the wise man should be responsible for his words and should be punished. In the appeal, he indicated that the actions of the eastbooking.ua website were of a fraudulent nature, and attached screen prints to it, confirming the fact of correspondence with these “bookers”.
It should be noted that the prosecutor's office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in 2013 worked perfectly on this issue.
The money was returned to the card in full.
Therefore, if you decide to contact these representatives of the fauna, then keep the correspondence in the mail, and not in the chat, and then perhaps the prosecutor's office, now Russia, will help you if these worthless things do not stop their activities earlier.
