It's just a horror booked a room in Yalta for themselves, so politely courteous to me until I, like a fool, made 100% of the payment for a minute, 60,000 rubles. And what was my surprise when, upon arriving at the hotel, they told us that they had not heard of any reservations and, accordingly, they did not receive money. Calling the company, we heard that we need to check with the accountant and we need to call back in two hours (and we are from the road, and even with a small child), we have been standing at the reception for an hour and a half since we tried to get through and still wait 2 hours. Well, there is nothing to do waiting. Two hours later, a girl picks up the phone and says that our application was handled by the manager Svetlana and she can’t figure it out without her and there is no accountant yet. This is how our vacation began, we pay again from our own pocket for a couple of days, hoping to sort out the situation. You won’t believe it, but for the three days of our stay, neither the accountant nor the manager Svetlana appeared, although judging by the voice it was she who spoke to us, introducing herself as either Olga or Katya. To all our requests to give the address of the company so that we could drive up and figure everything out ourselves, but we were evasively answered that Svetlana would contact us as soon as she left the hospital and she could not give us the address because she did not have such authority. On the Internet, we found the address of the street. Kievskaya 60 but no one there heard anything about such a company. . . Our vacation in Yalta, instead of the planned 21 days, was 5 days of searching for nerves and disappointment in the rest. Having finally made sure that we were forgiven, we decided to return home, and already in our hometown contact the Russian prosecutor's office, hoping that in our hometown it would be easier for us to communicate with the prosecutor's office , Since in Yalta they are simply covered. And what a pity that before making a payment, I did not read the reviews about this company, because as it turned out, we are not the only ones who suffered from these scammers. I want to warn everyone so that they do not become another victim of this company - a scammer. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. . . .
