The first impression after arriving in Sudak is a small and cozy town surrounded by mountains. Pike perch is quite quiet and inexpensive in the "off season", we went at the end of October. The embankment is small, but since there were practically no people, it was at our disposal. The hotel was booked in advance through the eastbooking service: there are no comments, although I also saw negative reviews. After a picnic, about coming to rest by the sea, we went to look for the Galician path. Climbing the mountains, we saw beautiful landscapes and panoramas, but we never reached the trail itself. Later, the locals said that it was necessary to go in the other direction))). But the purpose of our visit was only peaceful silence and romance. Another purpose of the trip was the Genoese fortress, about which I read a lot and wanted to visit there for a long time. Having passed the gates of the fortress, the spirit froze from beauty and antiquity!!! There were practically no people and it seemed that my wife and I were alone in this vast and beautiful territory. The locals said that during the season, there is not overcrowded. It is impossible to describe in words our 2-hour walk in the walls of the fortress, it must be seen and felt. I recommend everyone who wants to spend time with a loved one to go to the Crimea in the fall, at the end of the velvet season, specifically to Sudak.
