It was the worst thing that has happened in my life. I don’t even want to remember and talk about this trip. Just spoiled the New Year and everything that can be. A separate "thank you" to the agency for such service and a wonderful selection of the tour. It’s like a day of rest was stolen from us. We had to leave on the 5th at 6 pm, we left the hotel at 2 am, and at 5:50 we flew back. They just stole the rest time, and no one called back or said anything. From there I beat the bells to the agency so that they would somehow influence the change of the room, that I was generally ready to pay extra, just change the hotel, to which I was told that the sea would compensate for everything. When I returned home, I expressed all my dissatisfaction with him and expressed my opinion on this matter. They apologized, but this is something that cannot be torn out of memory. It was actually very terrible. We also paid for a gala dinner (I flew with two children, one 13, the other 10 years old) for all together 170 dollars. I was outraged by that dinner. When the people sitting next to me said that like I wanted for such a price, $ 50 for two ... are you kidding or what? I took a last-minute ticket, which I still expected 2 days of confirmation. I paid 3,000 something with a gala dinner, even though people were paying 500 for two. I immediately said that I needed something normal, and not an economy option, and even for that kind of money. I could easily pay extra and settle in a normal hotel with normal conditions. For the first time I took the children on vacation abroad and the children did not understand why I was indignant. The hotel guide is a rip-off. Excursions to buy only from him and everything at exorbitant prices.

I have flown for many years, but I have never seen such horror and such an attitude anywhere. Maybe the tour operator himself is not to blame for this, but it was still my last appeal to them.
