The normal quality of service in this agency, in principle, everything suited us. They helped with the selection of the tour, processed the documents, everything was quite prompt. We were not satisfied only with the departure time and the fact that the flight was postponed by 4 hours when we flew back and forth. The transfer provided was of good quality. We did not like the obtrusiveness of the hotel guides. On the very first day, there was a terrible obsession, why don’t we take excursions and why did we come here at all ?! Everything else was great.
