The service from the agency was great. The girl talked to us on the phone, and was always in touch. She could answer us both at 11 and at 12 o'clock at night, if we were interested in something, even if it was stupid questions. She was very helpful, responded quickly and answered all of our questions. Constantly and very quickly monitored prices for tours. And immediately we were informed that we would not have any complications in terms of flights. Not that. when we flew with Join Up, there is simply nothing to say, and so everyone knows. So we didn’t have any hitches this time, let alone transfers. We are from the category that likes to just relax, so we never take excursions.
