Unfortunately, Coral Travel did not advise us about the trip and did not help us at all when choosing. Unless they reported that some of their tourists went to the chosen hotel, and, in principle, they liked it there. No other options were offered. And we were very saddened by such service. When we had already booked this tour and paid, after reading a lot of reviews on the hotel, we decided to change our minds. To which we were told: "I'm sorry, but we can't change anything." From that moment on, the mood was not the same. When we were on vacation, the guide from the agency offered us various excursions, we took advantage of one offer. But when we wanted to go somewhere else - we did not find it.
