The service is great, I liked everything. There were questions about resettlement already there on the spot. I don’t know whose competence it is, whether this travel agency could not organize it, or the tour operator. We arrived and could not check into our hotel and we had to spend the night in another hotel. I don't know if this is a trend in Turkey or a special case, but I really didn't like it. I was not satisfied with everything. But from the 2nd day everything was fine. All was well on the flight. Excursions were offered to us, we used them and were satisfied with everything.
