The manager was not aware of which countries the route passed through, but this is very important for issuing a power of attorney for children. After making the reservation, more than a day later I called back and said that the hotel I had chosen was occupied. The search began for another offer from her side, again the hotel was occupied. Why offer if there is no information about available places? Finally, the third time we decided on a hotel, which, as practice has shown, is not a very good option. I had to take a transfer, to which I was told that it was not far from the bus stop.
The receiving party is also not so hot. She said the meeting would be at 19.00, she handed out envelopes with her phone number and the meeting time at 20.00. No connection????
