The information that they provide does not really correspond, this primarily concerns insurance. And in the insurance policy that we received from the agency, the information is not entirely truthful, and the guides at the hotel say that when traveling on excursions. insurance will only be valid if these excursions are bought from them, this is not true and we knew about it. This moment was not very pleasant. Flights were not transferred to us, everything was fine with the transfer.
