We bought a tour at the CORAL TRAVEL agency on Petrovka in Kyiv. The quality of service was ok. There were no transfers, the transfer was on time. The downside was that on the way from the airport to the hotel, the microphone mute did not work on the bus, it was very loud, we heard some advertising booklets, and the guide could not do anything about it to turn off the sound. This annoyed me most, and everyone else, to the point of a scandal with the guide.
