The travel agency picked up a tour for us, brought us up to date. The transfer was provided to the hotel on time. But with the flight and transfer after the rest there were big problems. The return flight was rescheduled for 12 hours. And all this time we had to sit in the hotel lobby with a small child in 40 degree heat. We were told at the reception that the flight had been postponed when we arrived there with our suitcases. Our guide didn't say anything. When we called him, he replied that it was our own fault that we had chosen a Russian charter, and he no longer works for the company. We were allowed to use the bathrooms and eat at the restaurant. We were picked up from the hotel at one in the morning.
