I really liked the agency, the girls were online with me all the time, they asked if I had booked seats for the return flight, they accompanied me all the time. The only negative, they didn’t explain to me that at the airport you need to look for a transfer yourself. I was told that a person would meet us, but there was no one, at least I didn’t find it, I went and asked, I spent an hour on it, but it was night, then I still called a taxi on my own.
