Hello, I want to share my negative experience in cooperation with Coral Travel.

The situation is as follows, we booked a hotel, paid 30% of the cost of the tour, but a nuisance happened (due to the extremely difficult and unexpected state of health of a relative, we could not go on vacation and urgently needed money for expensive treatment). By contacting Coral Travel in advance and providing a certificate from a doctor with a request to return the amount paid and understand our situation, but we were refused on the basis of the terms of the contract and due to the fact that the company suffered losses due to not selling tickets.

I should pay attention that not all companies in such a situation act in the same way as Coral Travel.

It should be said that this company is an entrepreneur, a large structure, whose representative offices are located in many countries, while I am an individual, which means that I am obviously a weak party in these relations.

Thus, Coral Travel does not justify the previously deserved trust and further cooperation with a company whose task is to win back money and make unreasonable profits #CoralTravelUkrain e
