Hello. Coral Travel (as an organization) is absolutely dissatisfied with the work. I’ll tell you in order: the manager at the agency helped me choose a good hotel for a family with a small child (1.4 years old) - this is Iberotel Miramar Fujairah, I won’t describe the advantages of the hotel, these are not the advantages of Coral, everything was at the highest level. Flying on a scheduled flight to Dubai, everything went great. Then TRASH started. The agency said that ODEON TOUR will meet us so that we look out for their logo. And when we, with a child in our arms, a stroller and two suitcases, ran through the corridor of those who met us, the ODEO TOUR was not there ((. I left my wife and child near the exit and went looking. I found a man with a coral travel sign, asked where the odeon was - he said, that I forgot this sign [:crazy:]. He took us to another girl and said that we were waiting for two more people. We waited about an hour (at the airport, with a child, after a five-hour flight) - the girl from Coral said that she had to go, stuck in the hands of a notebook with a description of the excursions and said that the rest would be told by the guy who met us.Another half an hour later the guy came up and said that two of them were not somewhere, so he sends us to the hotel by minibus (the hotel is 140 km from the airport).We we were delighted, we drove off. Due to traffic jams in the evening, we left Dubai for 1.5 hours, then the driver received a call and we were again in a traffic jam. After another 1.5 hours, we again saw the Airport - these were those two passengers, and meeting from Coral Travel did not find the best solutions than return the bus with us to the airport. Naturally, the wife began to get nervous and tell the driver what we think about the trip. We ran out of water for the baby, food and diapers were running out (since the trip was calculated for a maximum of 3 hours), and we only stood in a traffic jam for 3 hours and we were on our feet from 5 in the morning. As a result, the driver turned around and we again drove through the traffic jam towards the hotel. In total, we landed at the airport at 18:20, we got to the hotel at 23:45 - an impressive start. Naturally, no one was waiting for us at the hotel from Koral, thank God they were waiting for us from the hotel. They settled quickly, brought food to the room - hot soup, two types of pasta, salad, juices, beer. Recreation began only after the settlement. For all the time, Coral did not remind of himself in any way, before leaving, a piece of paper was slipped under the door with the time of the return transfer. No meetings and stories about excursions, no informational words, nothing.

Even the vouchers remained with us - no one took them away. And a notebook with excursions.

Bottom line: Koral's participation in our trip consisted of booking tickets for a REGULAR flight and booking a Hotel.
