Hello! I would like to deprive the review of tour leaders who work in Egypt at the hotel from the company Coral Travel. One guide's name was Mina, I couldn't make out the name of his other colleague, so I don't want to misrepresent. But they work together at the Sunny Days el Palacio. The attitude is eerie, rude. We were all gathered the next day after arrival, forced to bring even small children. They were kept for an hour, after which they were sorry to fill out the questionnaire, the children usually could not stand to sit for an hour, the guide remarking that, you see, they do not listen to him. After we filled out the questionnaire, I took it to the guide. Mini was not there, his partner was there, he refused to accept this questionnaire, saying to wait for this Mina, to which I replied that I will not wait with a small child, the child wants to drink, wants to eat, so we have to go and asked to accept the questionnaire. He started throwing it off the table and shouting at me. in the end, saying that I should keep quiet.

I was shocked, of course, especially since my little daughter was standing next to me and heard it all (like some other uncle shouting at her mother)! when Mina finally came, he started remarking to me that I was shouting at his colleague and talking to me rudely. and the fact that his colleague closed his mouth and shouted at me, of course, did not bother anyone.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand at all why I was treated so rudely, because I paid for the ticket and the corresponding service, which I didn't receive !!! Rather, I understand - I did not buy any tour, so I got this attitude.
