A few days later they came to take vouchers from the guide, ran into a conflict, which was accompanied by obscene language and threats that we might not return to our country from the hotel guide, after which the hotel staff was able to drag him somewhere and we were sent other people from the company to solving the situation. Upon arrival of Coral Travel staff, they listened to us and said something like this - "well, this is not the first time such a situation with this guide ..." Are you serious??? Well, as you know... your reputation... I described everything very softly, unlike how everything actually happened. There are a lot of witnesses, since it was in the hall near the reception, there are video recordings on phones and video recordings on the hotel's surveillance cameras.
