Terrible

The hotel may be good, but we never found out about it. We bought a tour to this hotel from 4th to 11th September 2020 to celebrate our birthday. The tour operator Sofall Travel offered it to us and sold it. And he brazenly deceived ... we were brought to the Miarosa Incekum beach hotel, the representative of the coral told us that the hotel you were going to was closed and you were being accommodated here. Miarosa is a terrible hotel that belongs to TUI and is not even 3*. There were more than a hundred people like us. Then we were offered to pay extra 900 euros: and we will be settled in the hotel where we were going. There was no one and nowhere to complain. A call to the "scammers" on the coral hotline did not give anything, they said the truth is that this is also Incekum beach hotel - live and there is nothing to raise a fuss. The whole holiday was spent in Miarosa - a dirty and smelly hotel with a narrow beach clogged with Turks, across the road. Scammers of clean water, so when choosing CoralTravel, think - where will they throw you ???!!!!!
