Briefly about the tour operator: I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

And now a detailed description of the problems we encountered:

In this grief, the tour operator, all the problems began even at the time of buying the tour, when, due to the fault of their representative in our city, we had to overpay a large amount of money, for which they did not even apologize and did not admit their mistake. Then they wrote a complaint to the tour operator to their email address: [email protected], which they successfully ignored and did not give any answer, except: "We will consider your complaint and give an answer as soon as possible."

Pereret - All OK. Except that it was moved to another city. But it's not the tour operator's fault.

We were greeted by a guide who chattered a lot and gave a lot of unnecessary information. It was a boring monologue.

During the rest, we decided to book a small excursion to the Oceanarium in Antalya, which is a maximum of 30 minutes drive. We waited for the bus for 60 minutes, and this is half the trouble, after which the police stopped us and, as it turned out, the bus driver did not have any documents. And we still stood for 60 minutes with two small children. The guide for the segment did not make contact, because. We had no desire to continue the tour. The guide just "froze" from all the passengers on the bus. The guide at the hotel looked exactly the same "frostbitten" when he found out what problems we encountered. And no one APOLOGIZED on behalf of the tour operator.

The only thing that went well was the transfer back. We were taken back even ahead of time and the guide was good and spoke only really necessary information.

My summary: I DO NOT RECOMMEND this tour operator.
