Terrible customer service!!!

Twice we used the services of the tour operator Coral Travel and the charter flights of the UIA airline they ordered.

In 2019, a full day of rest was stolen from a planned vacation in a Sharm el-Sheikh hotel according to the official version - "optimization of the flight program", through which the departure time from both Boryspil and Sharm from "convenient" according to the plan (there - in the early morning and back - in the evening) turned into very "uncomfortable" (back and forth in the evening, back in the early morning). At the Coral Travel office we were assured that this very rarely happens and we were simply unlucky. no response at all!)

And so, believing these words, we nevertheless decided to use the services of this tour operator (and it is he who orders the charter at UIA) this year, because we thought that we did not apply to the "sharashka office" and, as it turned out, very in vain (((

The situation not only repeated itself with the transfer of flights, but also greatly aggravated this year !!!

The flight back on 08.07 (evening according to plan) was canceled altogether! And the hotel was paid for with this date inclusive! We were offered either to return on 08.06 (early morning flight) or another hotel (3-4 times more expensive) with an extension for a couple of days, because -due to quarantine conditions, he could not provide us with an extension of the tour. And in such a situation, we ended up only in this hotel not alone. and all this during the already so-called "rest") ... but nothing was successful ... BUT !! as it turned out, it was not successful with us !!! And other tourists who found themselves in a similar situation flew in too through Coral Travel, they extended the same hotel for a couple of days!

And all this was decided or not decided (in our case) by the Kyiv office of Coral Travel !!! We were sent on a tour by the office, which is listed in the addresses on the official website of Coral Travel.

There was an extremely unpleasant aftertaste and a lot of questions:

-why does the tour operator Coral Travel order charters at UIA, which the air carrier then systematically cancels or reschedules - thereby deceiving tourists by providing false information about departures in advance?...

-why does the tour operator Coral Travel show a selective attitude towards tourists who find themselves in similar situations?...

- and many other questions that follow from the current situations ...

In connection with the real situations in which we find ourselves, I recommend NOT TO USE THE SERVICES OF THE TOUR OPERATOR Coral Travel and UIA AIRLINES, since both of them are not interested in providing quality services that they claim!
