I had a rest in Sharm el-Sheikh, at the Shores Golden Resort 4 * hotel, the hotel guide of the Coral Travel agency Mohammed. As a family, we wanted to visit Israel. The cost, announced by the guide, suited us. The head of the company answered EXTREMELY ROUGH in a telephone conversation! I had to intervene with the "home tour operator", turn to lawyers for help ... As a result, the money was returned for the entire excursion and we still went where we wanted and, of course, without any duties! But the impressions were the most negative !!!!
