If you are planning to relax with Coral Travel - don't flatter yourself!!!!!!! You will be forgotten as soon as you purchase a ticket from them. If you do not know the language and you do not have extra money to call the embassy, it is better to stay at home. In the last week of May 2013, we experienced firsthand all of Coral's guarantees. Coral Travel tour operator is a SCAMMER!
Cut the purchased tour, which was approved by the travel agent, for 2 days - change per day, or even a few hours before departure:
- early night departure HERE (eg 05:00 KBP - 08:00 SSH) for day or evening (14:00 KBP - 17:00 SSH)
- LATE EVENING FROM THERE (eg 19:00 SSH - 23:55 KBP) to the early night of the same day (06:40 SSH -11: 45 KBP).
All these changes lead to the loss of 1 - 2 light days at the resort, often the last night is actually NO and it is impossible to refuse and it makes no sense, because all the money invested will be lost.
You just take all this "underweight" from these thimbles and with a spoiled mood go to rest (((
The scheme of FRAUD is as follows - at the stage of choosing a flight program the travel agent does not actually have such favorable departure hours, but they are still offered and approved by the tour operator and registered in the client's contract.
Then the changed version of the tour with unfavorable hours of the flight program is pushed to the client on the principle of "CATTLE hides everything!" and o-la-la - substandard goods sold!
This is an insider from their employee, with whom we managed to talk on this topic.
The impudence is boundless and at the request of their lawyer stupidly sends a reply: "Schedule of charter flights is not guaranteed and may change."

Урезают купленный тур, который был утвержден турагентом, на 2 дня - меняют за сутки, а то и несколько часов до отлета:
- ранний ночной вылет ТУДА (например 05:00 KBP - 08:00 SSH) на дневной или вечерний (14:00 KBP - 17:00 SSH)
- поздний вечерний ОТТУДА (например 19:00 SSH - 23:55 KBP) на ранний ночной этих же суток (06:40 SSH -11:45 KBP ).
Все эти изменения приводят к потере 1 - 2-х световых дней на курорте, часто и последней ночи фактически НЕТ и уже отказываться невозможно да и нет смысла, так как потеряются все вложенные деньги.
Просто принимаешь весь этот "недовес" от этих наперсточников и с испортившимся настроением едешь отдыхать (((
Схема МОШЕННИЧЕСТВА заключается в следующем - на этапе выбора полетной программы у турагента таких выгодных часов вылета уже НЕТ фактически, но предложены все равно и утверждаются турагентом у туроператора и прописываются в договор клиенту, в котором есть магическая ОТПИСКА, что часы вылета чартерных рейсов могут меняться.
Далее изменившийся вариант тура с невыгодными часами полетной программы втюхивается клиенту по принципу "БЫДЛО все схавает!" и о-ля-ля - некондиционный товар продан!
Это инсайд от их работника, с которым удалось побеседовать на эту тему.
Наглость беспредельная и на запросы их юрист тупо присылает отписку: "Розклад руху чертерних рейсів не гарантується та може змінюватися".

Урізають куплений тур, який був затверджений турагентом, на 2 дні – міняють за добу, а то й кілька годин до відльоту:
- ранній нічний виліт ТУДИ (наприклад, 05:00 KBP - 08:00 SSH) на денний або вечірній (14:00 KBP - 17:00 SSH)
- пізній вечірній ЗВІДТИ (наприклад 19:00 SSH - 23:55 KBP) на ранній нічний цієї доби (06:40 SSH -11:45 KBP ).
Всі ці зміни призводять до втрати 1 - 2-х світлових днів на курорті, часто і останньої ночі фактично НЕМАЄ і вже відмовлятися неможливо та й немає сенсу, тому що загубляться всі вкладені гроші.
Просто приймаєш весь цей "недовага" від цих наперсточників і зі зіпсованим настроєм їдеш відпочивати ((((
Схема шахрайства полягає в наступному - на етапі вибору польотної програми у турагента таких вигідних годин вильоту вже немає фактично, але запропоновані все одно і затверджуються турагентом у туроператора і прописуються в договір клієнту, в якому є магічна відписка, що години вильоту чартерних рейсів можуть змінюватися.
Далі варіант туру з невигідним годинником польотної програми втюхується клієнту за принципом "БУДЛО все сховає!" та о-ля-ля – некондиційний товар продано!
Це інсайд від їхнього працівника, з яким вдалося поговорити на цю тему.
Нахабство безмежне і на запити їх юрист тупо надсилає відписку: "Розклад руху чертерних рейсів не гарантується та може змінюватися".
