Reliable tour firm

This is not the first time we have a vacation with the travel company Coral Travel, and we are helped by Yana Hryhoriak from the travel company "Desadmy", which is located in Chernivtsi. And this fall we also used their services, going to Hurghada for 14 days from 11.11 to 25.11.17. This time there were some circumstances and I decided to write so that people who get into such cases know what awaits them.

From Chernivtsi to Kyiv we get by car. It is more expensive than a train, but cheaper than renting another car. We left at 11:00, we were in Kyiv at 20:00. In Boryspil in the city near the Old Port Hotel left a car for 20g. per day, took a taxi for 90g. and drove to the airport. I am writing this so that the tour operator knows how much we still have to pay extra from Chernivtsi or another remote city for the trip and plus an hour on the road!

Departure was at 4.50 am. Carrier airline "Wind Rose". We arrived at the airport at about 24.00. There are a lot of people at the airport. There was no place to sit.

This means that people began to rest, became richer. During the baggage claim (there were two of us and one baggage), weighed 27 kg, we were told that we had to pay 10 kg for 4 kg. What is the norm for a man of 23 kg. I replied that the two of us, a man and a woman, were from our homeland, and they said that we needed two pieces of luggage, no more than 23 kg. This is the first time with us! For all 20 flights, and we flew with the children and our luggage weighed up to 30kg! Nobody ever said you had to pay extra! The mood was spoiled, he had to pay $ 40.

In Hurghada we were met by representatives of Coral Travel and well brought to Palm Royale Soma Bay. The guide on the way told about Egypt, joked, it was interesting. Upon arrival at the hotel guide introduced us to the reception. The next day we met with the hotel guide. Coral Travel representatives work well, there are no complaints about them, sometimes they get angry if you do not take a tour.

Everyone who travels knows that hotel rooms must be vacated by 12:00.

If you want, but there is a need, you can pay extra for the room in a couple of hours. And here it so happened that the room had to be vacated and for food after 12.00 you have to pay! It happened to our friends. They were picked up from the hotel at 5 pm, they paid for lunch! Where is it seen! It has never been like this! We could all enjoy the hotel until departure. This should be decided at the level of the hotel and the tour company.

We were picked up from the hotel at 8.00, people from other hotels were picked up on the way, and we were delivered to the airport on time. Registration has already begun. Our guide told us and showed us where to go, what our reception desks were, everything was fine. Departure was supposed to be at 11.55, and departed at 13.00 (approximately), so it happened that after 15 minutes of flight there was a breakdown and we returned to Hurghada. We no longer knew what to think… We were taken to the old terminal, where we stayed for about three hours, and then we were followed by representatives of our operator Coral Travel! Our joy knew no bounds, we were glad that we were not forgotten!

We were put on two buses and taken to a hotel near Staigenberger Airport. We were accommodated there for 5 years, we had a good dinner and went to bed, and at 1.30 we were taken back to the airport. I would like to note the coherence in the work of Coral Travel in such situations and their attitude to people. This act proves that with such a tour company you will not be lost, that you need to continue to rest with it. Someone will say; "That's what a leather company does." But you do not know where you can take dinner! You don't know yet which hotels are ragged!
