People beware of these scammers!!!

Coral Travel is a tour operator who has learned to sell vouchers to one hotel, and then settle people anywhere without their consent. They have such a fad in the contract and they turned it into the main one. Now I have already read a lot about this, but unfortunately two months ago I believed the Passport Plus travel agency (note to Donetsk residents) and bought a ticket from Koral. With this, I signed the death warrant for my vacation.

From the Antalya airport, I was taken separately from the whole group (why the witnesses and advisers) instead of the Lamer hotel, which I booked, to a nightmare called Majesti Kemer Beach. All my requests, threats and tears went unheeded. Coral refers to tourists as inanimate objects, i.e. packs them at its own discretion and your desires and dreams of relaxation are not of interest to them. These bastards (meaning rude obscenities) do not even apologize and do not try to smooth the situation in any way, at least purely morally. People are simply mocked, and the guides even yell so that no one bothers them and does not interfere with selling excursions. At the same time, about twenty more people suffered from similar actions of Koral at the same time. I tried to check into Lamer on my own, but they said that they don’t have any reservation from Coral and my voucher is an empty piece of paper.

I wrote them a complaint, but the second and true name of Coral is "LIES"! Their answer was like a brazen mockery of my claims, and at the end they wrote that they gave me fruit baskets and bottles of wine at the hotel, but this is another shameless lie !!!

I hope that sooner or later law enforcement agencies will become interested in them, because. their place is in prison. In the meantime, dear fellow citizens, stay away from these deceivers!!!!!
