I have already told in the pages of this site about the impressions of the services of the Coral Travel Tour Operator. See earlier. I would like to thank the site www.turpravda.ua for their work and the opportunity to announce independent reviews on the Travel Company. Inconvenient reviews are banned on the official pages of Travel Companies. Having received an OFFICIAL reply from the Coral Travel Tour Operator (unfortunately I can't post a scan or photo of the sheet) that Coral Travel is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the actions of the host party, its business partner. Everything, period. That's the responsibility of the Tour Operator. Sell the Tour and Forget. Officially, the host country can humiliate you, drive a technically defective car, immerse you in water with oxygen cylinders, and the one who sent you there is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the actions of the host party.
TIP, record on the phone all the checks, info about guides, sightseeing tours, you will need it. We have done this and we are moving forward in our relationship with Coral Travel.
We hope that regulators in Ukraine are working.
