NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE

I would like to share my negative holiday experience with tour operator Coral travel!

We bought expensive tours to Belek/Turkey, to the chic hotel Adam & Eve from 08/28/13 to 09/3/13 and faced with the loss of luggage at the Antalya airport.

Upon arrival, I immediately reported the loss of luggage at the airport, and also reported this to the authorized manager of Coral.

After 4 days without personal belongings, clean clothes, and constant calls to the Coral manager and to the airport, I realized that the tour operator was not going to do anything about my loss and began to personally look for my luggage!

In the end, I went to Antalya airport at my own expense, which cost me $150 and started looking for my suitcase in the airport system. After a long search at the airport, I found my bag in Istanbul.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I received a note that my luggage was at the airport and I had to go for it myself, again, because. Coral refuses to provide transfer!

So, I called a taxi, again spending $150 on the road!

During these 4 days without personal hygiene products and things, I spent an additional $ 300 in taxi costs! When I returned to my room, finally with my suitcase, I received a note from Coral (which is attached) that THEY found my suitcase and I can pick it up at the airport :))

Consequently, I am VERY, VERY disappointed with Coral travel tour operator and I will not advise anyone to book tours with this company!

This is to share my negative experience with Coral Travel Agency!

Having obtained a luxury vacation to Belek/ Adam and Eve hotel from 28/08/13 till 3/09/13, I've faced very hard inconveniences with luggage lost at the airport.

Since my bag with all the clothes has been lost upon arrival , I've claimed the lost at once and informed Coral manager accordingly.

After four days without clean clothes and my personal belongings and constant calls to Coral and airport of Antalya, I understood that tour operator ain't going to do anything regarding this matter and I began to look for my luggage personally.

The result is following: I drew to Antaya airport on my own means , which costed me $150 to search for the bag in the airport system . After I found my bag at Istanbul , I've got a notice at the hotel, that I have to drive for my bag personally once again, since Coral travel refused go bring my bag or provide any transfer and I had to go for it by myself, having paid $150 again!

For these 4 days without clothes and personal hygiene things , I've spent $300 additionally to taxi costs! After all when I arrived to my hotel room with my bag I received a call from Coral, - their manager said they are happy that THEY found my bag and I have just to pick it up myself at the airport :))

Thus, I'm very disappointed in Coral Travel and would highly not recommend anyone to travel with this company again!
