I am a disabled wheelchair user, neck (arms and legs do not work) rested in Otium, Kemer, Turkey, purchased a tour through Coral. For the convenience of movement, we ordered an elite transfer: SPECIAL GROUP TRANSFER, upon arrival we were taken to the hotel normally (incorrectly, it was an accident). A small minibus, we were two families (6 people) and a couple more, they put me in normally, check-in at two hotels and also dropped them off normally, but the transfer in the opposite direction turned into a complete HORROR for me. Departure was at 02.50, we see at 02.35 at the hotel territory and a huge bus drives in, 50-60 people, a representative comes out and calls our names, our indignation knew no bounds, to which the coral representative replied: "Do you want don't go." Although on the eve, in the evening, they approached the representative of the coral in the hotel, Ramil, and emphasized that there was a wheelchair user and a small minibus was needed, 10 people were driving from the hotel. As a result, I suffered both moral humiliation, from the fact that 50 people look like you, halfway, because the doors are narrow and the steps are dragged into the bus, and physical pain from all this and the same thing when unloading. YOU HAVE NO CONSCIENCE, THEY SPOKED THE WHOLE HOLIDAY!!!!!
