We took the tour in a hurry, my husband was finally given a week of rest in October (9-15.10), it was already last year. We then went to Turkey and flew with this operator, as we already had the experience of resting in Egypt with them. I liked the attitude of the managers and the efficiency in issuing the ticket.
Reservations were made for the second time in the office at the Universitet metro station in Kyiv - very nice managers. And the office itself is beautiful.
After payment, the documents were sent by e-mail, which is very convenient. We read that there are flight delays, but fie, we flew out on time not a single day of the week was lost. We are glad that we applied, the second time turned out to be excellent, we will fly for the third)
