The company was chosen randomly based on our request: time, price, already familiar hotel. This travel agency found the appropriate tour. Phoned, arrived, issued, paid and began to wait for a trip in June. Naturally, we didn’t go in June, they moved it to September 3. All this time of waiting and excitement, we kept in touch via Viber with our director Popova Svetlana Yuryevna. She was constantly in touch, answered all our questions, requested information for us from the operator, carrier. It was a pleasure to work with her, she is a very responsible employee. The carrier strictly on schedule went on a flight to Bulgaria and the same way back. The drivers of E.lineTour were caring and careful with the tourists, they helped with the loading and unloading of luggage. Regular sanitary stops with free toilets and the possibility of stretching a little - after all, a day on the bus. We have a very good impression of the trip. Plus, we changed the hotel from 3 * to 4 * and we ended up in the excellent SmartLine Meridian hotel. So the holiday was a success. Thanks to CoralTravel and Popova Svetlana.
