Hello, from 09/13/2020 to 09/22/2020 we rested in Turkey, Bodrum, Kairaba Blue Dreams Resort & Spa 5 * with your travel agency.
On 09/22/2020 at 11:00 a transfer guide named Daria arrived on flight PS 5602, she did not say her last name, even when we asked to introduce herself!
This hotel is located near the sea under a mountain, the bus did not drive up to the reception, and it was necessary to climb to it with things (all suitcases) not on asphalt, but on stones !!! At the request of tourists (and there were those with children), decide to raise at least luggage, Daria replied:
"There are wheels, drag it!" ...
All the tourists simply begged her to find an option to pick up the luggage, even offered to pay extra, since it’s not easy to get to this bus stop on your own, and even more so with luggage! Moreover, other tour operators, such as Azur Air, took all their tourists near the reception with luggage by minibuses!!!
Your employee behaved boorishly, cursed with tourists, rudely answered all questions! Barely getting to the bus with luggage, we did not hear any apologies and decisions from her. Sitting down in their seats, Daria began to communicate with the tourists with the phrase:
"Dear respected and DISRESPECTED tourists ...."
All 12 people who rested with your travel agency and who were picked up by the transfer guide Daria have no doubts that they will no longer have a desire to fly through your agency!
