Good afternoon, 07/30/12 I returned from a trip to the wonderful country of Spain, of course, positive emotions, impressions and sensations from this country are difficult to negate, but the travel agents of the company "Coral Travel" managed to spoil the mood and fray the nerves very well.

So, in order: 1. Meeting - an agent of the meeting party, i.e. representative of "Coral Travel" met, but did not introduce himself. The number of people who were traveling in the same direction as we turned out to be + 4. in total, a group of 6 people (it would seem that it would not be difficult to provide transport), as they say, in pairs, went after this unknown man. First, we went to a regular bus stop in order to move from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2. the bus is free. Then, upon arrival, it turned out that we still had to walk 5-7 minutes to another bus stop. we went .. came, an unknown man pointed to the bus stop, said to find bus number 269, tell the driver the name of the hotel and calmly go and listen when the driver says the name of your hotel. The unknown man naturally did not go with us. In passing, he mentioned that "I think you have a meeting tomorrow with your hotel guide at 9.15 in a nearby hotel." No booklets, no programs were handed to us.

2. Meeting with the hotel guide - the next day, as it was said, the meeting with the hotel guide took place, but the girl was surprised why we do not have programs for the proposed tours, etc. she naturally had to tell us everything again, thereby delaying the rest of the listeners.

3. AND NOW THE MOST "FUN" PART: OUR DEPARTURE - as it was indicated in the information sheet, we gathered and were at the indicated place 20 minutes before the bus arrived. in the indicated place, various buses drove up, and there were 5-7 of them, and they were replaced one by one by buses every 15 minutes. in the information sheet there was a sign of another company, so we had to wait for the bus with this sign. after 40 minutes of waiting, we began to get nervous and rush from our hotel to the hotel that was indicated as the point of "departure" in the information sheet in the hope that maybe they still decided to pick us up from our hotel. but .. our hopes turned out to be dreams. So, after another 10-15 minutes, we started calling our hotel guide in the hope of hearing from her encouraging information that everything is ok and we will be picked up soon, but ... it wasn’t there. The hotel guide did not pick up the phone. The friendly staff of the hotel where we stayed were very humane and understood that we had a problem. they started dialing our hotel guide from their mobile phones, called from the reception to the Coral Travel company itself, the operator of the company "clarified" the information and said that the bus was already in our city and was about to be there, wait. We were happy and went to wait. Another 15 minutes passed and the result did not change. we were already beginning to panic, as the time before departure had a tendency to decrease, and since we lived in the glorious town of Lloret de Mar, and flew from Barcelona, ​​we still had to overcome at least 70 km. So we again went to the good-natured staff at the reception with an imploring look to find out something. As a result, by some miracle, our girlfriend, the hotel guide, called us and began to say with surprise and indignation that the bus was waiting for us, that it was 10 minutes late than it was indicated in the information sheet, and as a result, they were waiting for us for another 20 minutes, we were looking for (although we still did not understand who could be looking for us, provided that there was an international team of tourists from all over the world in the bus, and a driver who did not speak Russian or English). In addition to everything, they told us in a not very flattering tone that "this is your problem, you should look for me, not I for you, now take a taxi and catch up with the bus at the last point where it picks up the last tourists, and if we do not have time, then then we will have to go to Barcelona airport on our own by taxi."

Of course, after 1.5 hours of waiting, nerves and psychos, we had no choice but to take a taxi and rush in pursuit of the bus, which is 20 km for a minute. from our location and, as it were, 35 euros is not lying on the road. as a result, we caught up with the bus, ABSOLUTELY NO PLATES with the identification marks of the travel agency that we needed to look for on the bus turned out to be, there was also no travel agent representative, so there was no limit to anger. we asked a tourist girl who was sitting not far from us if it was true that they were looking for us and that the bus was only 10 minutes late, to which they received an answer that the bus was delayed for 30 minutes, the driver got out and smoked, and they left. so judge for yourself about the service and attitude.
