DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

I leave a review about the tour operator Coral Travel and the air carrier UIA. Since 2017, they have exclusively used the services of Coral Travel in package tours, considered the most stable company in the Ukrainian market, leaving only laudatory reviews. This year, one disappointment. We bought a tour three days before departure, for good flights we overpaid 1200 UAH. (selected the number of nights for good flights), there at 4.00 in the morning, back at 19.25. They flew to Egypt on time, they delivered to the hotel on a good bus half full (according to covid requirements, no more than 25 people). A week later, the travel agent sent a message that the return flight was changing to 9.05 am. . . 10 hours, that is, half a day of rest and half of the night simply disappeared. Transfer at 5.30 (woke up at 4.30), 15 min late. , there were practically no empty seats on the bus (we were the last to be picked up, but what about the requirements for no more than 25 people?). The apogee was a stop for 25 minutes. at the Sugar Land candy store, where prices are higher than Duty Free, with the distribution of cards for a 5% discount. Halva, which was bought at Senzo Mall for $2, at Sugar Land $12. Part of our sleep and night was stolen from us in order to be taken to an absolutely useless store ??? Here you have the most stable tour operator and air carrier. . . And with whom then to fly??? All the people on the plane were exhausted by the early rise, why would such a transfer and flight cross out the whole vacation? "Dear" tour operators, do you still have at least a drop of humanity or, apart from a thirst for profit, do you have any human qualities left? DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
