We are very disappointed with the company's services and will no longer recommend CoralTravel to friends and acquaintances, nor travel with them. Incompetent employees of the company and the host! We have not experienced such an attitude with any tour operator during our vacation, we traveled with Pegas and NewsTravel, and with others, but we have not seen such negligence and disregard for the attitude !!! it was their responsibility - hotel reservation, transfer, representative - disappointed to the core. Leaders among operators who, like no one else, know how to spoil the rest! I do not advise anyone!

Briefly about how the company and the host "organized" our vacation.

We arrived at the airport at night and waited for our transfer for more than two hours.

That night there was a terrible downpour and lightning, the electricity was completely cut off in the village where we arrived. Despite this, the driver in a minibus dropped us off on the main road, lied that the road to our hotel was not paved further, that we were not far from the corner. Together with heavy luggage, under a downpour, in the dark (the lights did not work at all), we had to look for at least some signs of our hotel with a phone in our hands, turned into each lane. We spent about 15 minutes looking for a hotel, soaked to the skin, but this was only the beginning of the "high quality" services of the tour operator. At 2:30 at night, absolutely no one was waiting for us at the hotel, and this is not at all the fault of the wonderful hostess of the hotel, to whom we are immensely grateful for the reception and understanding. We called the representative, the phone number was indicated on the envelope, the representative of the host from CoralTravel, asked to dial the hostess so that we could check in. After some time, it turns out that 2 days earlier, for some reason we do not understand, the hotel was changed, and that we need to go there to spend the night.

It is difficult to convey to you our state at that moment. We booked the hotel 2 months in advance!!!! How could it be so negligent to book, especially quite early!!! The hostess accepted us at her own peril and risk, as she said that absolutely no one contacted CoralTravel with her all this time. We were put in a room and she herself the next day solved our problem with the host and we were able to stay in her apartment. And our request to call back and resolve the situation the next day, the representative of the tour operator simply ignored. He called after 2 days and, as if nothing had happened, asked where we now live and how we relax, said that he was late for our scheduled meeting. Do you think it's a normal situation that a company representative asks how we solved the problem with settling in a day, leaving us alone with such a problem??? In our opinion, this is unacceptable! When he heard that we were not interested in excursions, that we only needed information about the return transfer, he told him to call back later and hung up, and did not call back. Of course, on the day of departure, we were waiting for his call or information about the transfer. We called this "competent" representative ourselves and asked when they would come for us. Of course, he did not know, and was even surprised that we were leaving that night, asked to call back after some time (actually, he is obliged to call us, and not vice versa !!!) After 2-3 hours, he said, that we need to get out again on the main road, said the time of departure. A little later, we were contacted by the local office about the transfer, and were told that there was no need to climb the main road, wait at the hotel. This again speaks of the incompetence of the representative of the host, who, in my opinion, does not care about the vacationers. In general, a bus came for us even more than the minibus that brought us in a thunderstorm, and suddenly the road turned into asphalt, and the driver was able to leave without problems. :-) Judge for yourself where the mistake happened, who is to blame for the fact that no one informed us about the change of hotel, that the name of the old hotel was handwritten on the envelope on the night of arrival, and not the new one, which they changed, and of course, how much a rude, indifferent worker who receives tourists and spoils the impression and rest can spoil your vacation!
