We had a tour to a hotel in Side Otium Seven Seas. Everything was great, wonderful hotel, normal flight and transfer. But when it was time to leave the hotel at 10 am, the guide got off the bus, which had come to pick up tourists from our hotel, and said that our flight had been postponed by 6 o'clock. With all the questions about what to do next, she rather rudely said that she could not do anything and it was not her fault that the flight was postponed. She said to wait until 16, when the bus will come for us. At that time, we had already passed the number and it was no longer possible to return there.

Let me remind you that we have twins 1.9 years old. And with them it was necessary to spend these 6 hours without a separate room.

This hotel gave us towels and allowed us to use the entire hotel without any problems. It's good that this hotel has a separate room for mother and child, where there is a crib, a dressing table, a convenient washbasin and the like. But the children stubbornly did not want to sleep there, it’s good that there were strollers, and we drove them until they fell asleep. After sleeping in the lobby bar, where it was at least a little cool, we had lunch and somehow waited for departure.

And here we suffered the second trouble from the tour operator. We were put on a bus that had already been booked for a specific time for other guests who were leaving much later than us. We were brought to the crowded Antalya airport 50 minutes before departure. We did not have the opportunity to change the children's clothes, feed them, or go to the toilet ourselves. We ran around all the locations with strollers, the children screamed in two voices, because we did not have time to calm them down. We asked in all queues to be let in without a queue. Already at the airport they announced our names that we were late for the flight. We did. As a small compensation, there was a long-haul aircraft, it had a lot of space, it was much more comfortable and it was easier to take off and land in it. It turns out that the plane that was supposed to pick us up broke down, and the carrier sent another plane from Kyiv. That's why we waited so long.

Our claims to the tour operator:

1. Not notified in a timely manner that the flight was postponed, we could still stay in the room and pay for a longer stay. At the same time, the tour operator had all our contact details.

2. disowned any help to us at the hotel, they just said - it's none of our business

3. let us down with a normal arrival time at the airport. They could send a small minibus (we saw these with this tour operator), which would take us to the airport at a reasonable time
