Wrong hotel information was provided

Dnipro city. Coral travel to Most City.

Manager Anastasia Nagornaya provided incorrect information about the hotel. It was agreed that the hotel has its own beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas, that towels for the beach will be issued.

For us, this was the deciding factor in choosing the hotel.

But upon arrival, it turned out that none of this was there.

It was also agreed that the room will be cosmetics - shower gel, shampoo and liquid soap. This also did not happen.

They approached the reception - they said that they did not have this and never had it.

The mood was very spoiled. These costs were not included.

In Turkey, I had to buy a towel, gel and shampoo, go to paid beaches. We also bought an umbrella - for the city beach.

Instead of rest, we were engaged in solving these problems.

The manager on the go did not contact the hotel representative at all.

We won't be using this travel agency again. Left a very bad impression.
