Trying to speed up the process, I monitored agencies and websites and it turned out that this tour is no longer available anywhere, it does not appear in the search, which I told her by phone. The answer was - "wait".

Now the story continues with a refund. They don't seem to be able to get their money back. This is already ridiculous) She sent me an incomprehensible screen to confirm that they are not succeeding.

The bank answers that my card is active and open for replenishment.

And they don't succeed.

I told the manager that the dates are fixed and that the money is needed now for another tour.

But, the fact remains: the service is not provided, the money cannot be returned.
