1) Wi-Fi does not work well in the hotel. The description of the hotel says that it is valid throughout the hotel, but it is not. Room 101 (Family Suite) did not have Wi-Fi. On the beach also does not catch. The only working Wi-Fi place is the lobby.

2) None of the Coral Travel buses have Wi-Fi. Why? A Wi-Fi router costs up to $100, the cost of a subscription. fees for unlimited (up to 10GB) Internet is also up to $100/month.

3) Coral Travel guides are all young and pretty, but unfortunately, this is not enough. All (4 people) have a lot of parasitic words in their speech. For example: in fact, really, that is, as it were, after all. Guides used them every 3-5 words. Hearing hurts. Training needs to be done.

4) Svetlana (Paloma Renaissance Hotel & Spa hotel guide) misled us by selling a tour at EXPO 2016 in Antalya. There is absolutely nothing to watch. The Peter Marvey Show is for kids only. Wasted money and time. Why sell a tour knowing that tourists won't like it? Very dissatisfied with this guide. Felt cheated.

5) The biggest mistake is going on the “Adventure” excursion (children's rafting + buggy ride, $85 per person). With rafting, everything was in general, everything was in order. Except that there were more people on the boat than they should have been. Things were worse with the buggy. We had to wait about 30 minutes while they were washed after a previous trip. 18 buggies were driving in a convoy at a speed of 10-15 km / h. Usually, such an event is held with the participation of 5 buggies, but no more. In addition, it would be great if the area was chosen without dust (stone, grass) instead of hot sand and earth. There was no pleasure to be felt. The most important thing is that we were not given helmets to ride a buggy, which violated the rules for driving an extreme mode of transport! Instead of helmets, the organizers of the “business” offered to buy goggles with side plastic and a bandana ($5 per set), which they suggested using as a respirator. Dust literally corroded our eyes for 75 minutes. They washed it out of the eyes for another day. If there were helmets with glass, there would be a completely different impression.

6) Bus number 339 in the last row has sharp iron corners on the sides near the seats by the windows. They can get hurt.
