Cheaters and boors

This year we were in Turkey. (from 07/31/2017 to 08/11/2017. Simena Sun Club Hotel) Wonderful country! Wonderful vacation!

But unfortunately, it was not without a huge fly in the ointment!

Our tour operator this time was Coral travel (in Turkey they met and drove ODEON Tours).

At first we were even delighted - a lump of tour business, decades of experience, etc. etc.

But here it turned out...

It all started with a trip from the airport to the hotel. We flew to Antalya, and we had to go to Chemyuva (Kemer District), about 50 km.

In a large bus (for 50 people), the air conditioner did not work, but they were driving at the very height of the day - on the street plus 43 degrees C.

But for the guide from the Coral company, it was most important to tell us about the excursions. And about the favorable exchange rate at the gas station. This gas station turned out to be a ten-minute drive from the airport (the children didn’t even have time to go to the toilet) and we stood there for half an hour. Well then….

To the air conditioner. To all requests to somehow rectify the situation, tourists received answers:

- sorry, there are a lot of you now, there is not enough for everyone, and in general the air conditioner works, you don’t understand it!

- I called - you can replace the bus only after three hours - WANT?!!? , and in general the air conditioner works, you don’t understand it!

- whoever wants - can get off at the bus stop - I'll show you where - there are minibuses and taxis !!!

- and again a lot of you came in large numbers, and it's hot in Turkey !!!

- stop thinking about stupid air conditioners, there are very cool excursions to Coral.

As a result, the road to our hotel (For those who know - Simena Sun Club) took THREE hours (once again - 50 km and hotels !!!!!). The child was riding with a wet handkerchief on his head. Even Water, of course, no one offered. It's just awful - they came, damn it! And by the way, the guide was offended that the tourists did not remember her name. So, we not only remembered, but also wrote down - her name is INDIRA !!!! Thank you damn….

Well then again…..

Arrived, settled, sea, rest - good.

But, here again Coral travel.

Hotel guide - Shaig. He gave really useful information, but not all of it turned out to be true. He said - they drove you for THREE hours - this is normal - it really came in large numbers, but about the air conditioner in the bus - write or call the hotline, everything is decided there. But we are not conflict, we would have to rest. He said - come to the reception, ask, and they will call me. The receptionist said- HA-HA!- we are not!!! (and calling the hotel guide is in an emergency). As a result, from a roaming phone. Didn't show up - busy. Viber - three hours waiting for an answer - busy. Again from roaming - now he came up - he says: - I'm with tourists, I can't now.

But what about us? And we seem to have come in large numbers ....

But for the sake of truth, the viber connection was later established, and the date of the tour from Coral travel was successfully postponed. Indeed - Thank you!

But still. He did not recognize us at the hotel. Being at the hotel, I answered by viber (we saw him, we thought we need to discuss something. No, no, viber.)

Shaig convinced us to buy a tour of the so-called THREE in ONE

All day trip. Included Rafting, Buggy, NEW GENERATION Water Trampolines Patriot Games style, Lunch. The road is 1.5 hours one way. Two adults and a child 10 years old - only 200 USD. Departure at 7.25 am from the hotel.

But again - this is Coral travel organizes.

At 07.20 we are at the reception - waiting. The bus arrived at 07.55. But it's nothing. We will catch up with a bus with a working air conditioner on the way. The guide, a young man (apparently a student) - Nazar, immediately began talking to tourists like schoolchildren, teaching, joking on the verge of a foul, explaining something with contemptuous fatigue - they say, you still won’t get it. After the remark, he shied away a little, became simpler. But all the same, there is only one answer to all the complex questions that arise - there are a lot of tourists (this is us) HOTEL guides do not have time. Therefore, the road is not 1.5 hours, but two, and there will be no fishing promised to someone, etc. And in general, after 17.00 I will not wait for anyone, there are many of you - do not be late.

On the way there, we got stuck in a traffic jam, got lost in the mountains, in general, we arrived in THREE hours (now we think that Coral cannot do otherwise).

- The whole trip is about 13 hours. Of these, SIX hours (with a stretch) is some kind of rest, the rest of SEVEN hours is riding a bus and waiting for no idea what. Just tin!!!!

And the icing on the cake - THE NEWEST GENERATION HELIUM INFLATED TRAMPOLINES turned out to be exactly the same (even in color) as the trampolines on the beach of our hotel. The trampolines at the hotel even had a better condition, and more equipment !!!!!

Question - The guide didn't know!!??

Of course, we wrote to the hotel guide - Shaig - about our impressions. But it was already two days before departure, the person is busy with tourists, in general, he did NOT honor with an answer !!!! Expected!

In general, Coral travel (together with ODEON Tours) is BURNING!!!!

On the streets of our village, let me remind you, Chemyuva is a beautiful village, there are inscriptions:

"Fuckers buy from guides!!!". After a trip with Coral travel, this is exactly the feeling.

The policy of the company - where will these terpils and suckers go - they will wait, they will be patient!
